Monolithic walls and slabs, one home every 12 hours
One of our specialties is construction using the formwork system, in which walls and slabs are cast monolithically in reinforced concrete on site. This system considerably reduces construction costs, allowing the whole cycle of shuttering, pouring and stripping to be carried out by a small crew in around 12 hours per home.
It is the system we have used to build over 900 apartments in developments such as Las Margaritas, Bello Hogar, Selene V and Prado Alto San Luis, and in housing programs like Villa Progreso in Barahona and Pedernales.

Frequently asked questions
What are the advantages over the traditional system?
Lower cost per unit, very short cycle times, greater structural uniformity and fewer people on site. It is ideal when the same typology is repeated many times.
What project size does it suit?
From about 40 – 50 units the system starts to pay back the formwork investment; it performs best in developments of 100 to 200+ apartments.
Do you include the infrastructure?
Yes, under a turnkey contract we build streets, sidewalks, drainage and utility networks together with the buildings.
