For more than 25 years Constructora Alfau, S.R.L. has successfully delivered housing construction projects, infrastructure services and construction supervision.
Today we work on three fronts: construction as general contractors, high-volume residential construction with aluminum formwork, and construction supervision for lenders, developers and government institutions.

2000 – 2003 Torre del Conservatorio
40 apartments and 2 penthouses in La Esperilla, Santo Domingo. The firm's first high-rise building.
2007 – 2011 Residencial Las Margaritas
27 buildings of 8 apartments with full infrastructure: 216 homes built with aluminum formwork.
2008 – 2014 Portillo Beach Club & Spa
Supervision of 24 buildings, 176 apartments and a beach club in Las Terrenas, Samaná.
2013 – 2015 Banco BHD León Parking Building
Supervision of the 9,922 m², nine-level multi-purpose building with drive-through bank and café.
2019 – Today Selene V and Prado Alto San Luis
260 apartments under construction with formwork in Bávaro-Punta Cana and San Luis, plus supervision of the BHD León Operations Center.
