From concept to final handover
As general contractors, our work can begin with our client’s conceptual idea and ends with the final handover of a building that meets the client’s quality standards and expectations. Our role is to add value through our performance and experience, controlling the project to secure its chances of success.
The company has successfully developed its business starting with the construction of townhouses and apartment buildings in the city of Santo Domingo.
We have also built infrastructure services such as paved streets, sidewalks, curbs, sanitary sewer systems, potable water systems, treatment plants and storm drainage across several urban developments, among them Damas I and II, Villas de Buena Vista and Jardines del Este in Santiago, and Bello Atardecer in Mao, Valverde province.
We have delivered everything from residential towers to retail stores kept in operation during the works, such as the Altice stores at San Vicente de Paul and Bella Vista Mall.

Do you work from the client's drawings or also design?
We build from the client's approved drawings and can coordinate with your design team. When the project requires it, we advise on design solutions for specific requirements.
Do you build outside Santo Domingo?
Yes. We have built in Santiago, Mao, Barahona, Pedernales, Punta Cana and Samaná.
How is the budget managed?
We work with itemized budgets and periodic quantity certifications, so the client controls physical and financial progress.
