Technical and financial control for those who invest
We apply the concept of supervision across the many facets of a project manager’s services. On some projects our work has covered writing the specifications that apply to the project, advising on the selection of bidders, recommending the award, monitoring the works against the design drawings, tracking the construction schedule, writing the progress reports, handling claims for additional work, certifications (quantity take-offs) and acceptance of the project.
On others the scope has been narrower: financial control of the project and of the amounts invested by the lenders, so that they can be recovered from the sale of the units under construction, or simply quality control and payment certifications. On some we have acted as consultants on the scope of design solutions for particular requirements.
We have supervised projects for Banco BHD León, Banco de Ahorro y Crédito del Caribe, tourism developers and the Ministry of Education.
